Keep up to date on competitive real estate knowledge through attending conventions, reviewing listings and trade journals.
Generate lists of properties compatible with buyer requests and needs.
Assist in negotiation of terms surrounding purchases.
Coordinate property closings and oversee closing procedures.
Prepare formal documents such as purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
Arrange for title searches.
Accompany and advise buyers during visits and inspections to ensure satisfaction with value and condition of property.

About Me

Building her four homes with her husband in the Denton County area ignited Linda’s interest in real estate. Linda loves the Real Estate world and enjoys going to work every day. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Linda’s client dedication and love of helping others are what motivates her most. Linda is a current member of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee and Real Estate Staging Association-Dallas Chapter, Collin County Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors and served on the Union Park Realtor Advisory Board.

Raised in Dallas, Linda is a loyal fan of the Dallas Cowboys (GO Cowboys!). In her free time, Linda is busy traveling, reading, exercising and enjoying sports with her children. Linda is a supporter and volunteer of the Little Elm High School Band Boosters, Amazing Little Hearts, Mended Little Hearts, Easter Seals and HopeKids. As a long-time Lake Lewisville lover, she, her husband and their three beautiful children enjoy the lake and great weather all year long.
