About Me

Cristi McGowan is a Native Wacoan with deep roots in real estate as most of her mother’s family were, and still are, Brokers. Cristi came to appreciate the quality of life that Waco offers, especially after 15 years in Houston. She and her husband of 25 years moved back to the Waco area in 2006. Cristi brings 25+ years in professional sales experience, 12 years of new construction and a love of technology to the NextHome Our Town team. She is a graduate of the University of Houston and has more than 500+ hours in real estate specific education. She is also Mom to a growing teen, Oliver, who loves Star Wars, video games and puppies!
