About Me
Lorin Martin is a down to earth Austinite with a goal to make each transaction fun and easy, for everyone she works with. She loves the city she is from and gets a kick out of sharing all the extraordinary places Austin has to offer with others. Over the years she has witnessed the tremendous growth that has transformed the area into one of the hottest places to live and is excited to be a part of its future.
When Lorin is not closing real estate deals she enjoys cooking, interior design, being outdoors, hosting game nights with friends, traveling, noshing on delicious eats at the newest restaurants and spending time with her other half at home with their cats.
Licensed in the state of Texas in 2008. Lorin has worked with buyers, sellers, investors and works closely with her father, architect and custom home builder, as the exclusive listing agent for the Las Casas Verdes subdivision in Southwest Austin. She is passionate about solar design and sharing her knowledge with homeowners to give them alternatives to paying rising electricity and water rates throughout the years.
