James built homes from 2000-2007. He received his real estate license in 2007 when he joined his mother in selling real estate. He has been active in his local association serving as President in 2017. He has served on the Texas Executive Team, as a Region 12 RVP, in addition as a Director. He served as Chairman of TARHOF in 2017 & 2018 & 2020. He was Chairman for the Texas Housing Initiatives Committee in 2018. He served as a National Director since 2015. In 2019, James was Inducted into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame at the $25,000 level. He is a sustaining Golden R, President’s Circle RPAC investor. 2021, James serves as VC for NAR Federal Financing & Housing Policy Committee, in addition to serving on NAR Public Policy Coordinating Committee. He believes in giving back to the real estate industry that has provided for his family.

About Me

In 2017, James served as the President of MetroTex Association of REALTORS (2nd Largest under TX REALTORS), as MetroTex celebrates it’s 100th Anniversary. A native Texan and lifetime Dallas resident, James is a third generation REALTOR. James build homes in DFW from 2000 – 2007. He believes in giving back and is passionate about his career in real estate.
