Specializing in residential real estate sales, investing, leasing, and property management, Meghan and her team provide insight that you can’t find on any internet website, helping you to make wise real estate decisions that align with your lifestyle and financial goals.

Meghan’s Real Estate career began in 2002 just after graduating from Michigan State University where she earned her degree in Spanish, a minor in Business, and a specialization in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. While her initial intentions were to continue her education at the University of Texas, it was happenstance that she fell into real estate over 20 years ago. Spending her first years as an Escrow Officer (Closer) for a local Title Insurance Company, she became intimately acquainted with every detail associated with a real estate transaction.

Having the unique experience as an Escrow Officer closing hundreds of real estate deals over the years, and working with just as many real estate professionals, Meghan saw a need for improvement within the real estate industry. Raised in a military family where doing the right thing and the golden rule were the guides for every decision made, she knew she was just the person to take on the task of raising the bar. Upon founding The Groove Realty in 2008, Meghan solidified her commitment to moving the real estate industry forward through honesty, professionalism, and integrity.

Under her leadership, The Groove Realty has helped thousands of families relocate to or within the Austin area and has consistently been in the top 10% of firms for transactional volume and agent sales volume, and the top 8% of all Austin Board of REALTORS® agents for sales volume. With that extensive experience, personally owning homes in several major areas of Austin, and spending over 20 years taking advantage of everything the City has to offer, she knows the entire area like the back of her hand.
