Ron is a graduate of Texas Realtor Leadership Program (LRLP), Elected as Realtor of the year in 2013. He has served the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors as chair of various committees, Treasurer, Vice-President, and President in 2018. Currently hold the position of Past-President and on the executive committee of the Board of Directors.

About Me

Ron Petrick grew up in the Burnet and Lake Buchanan area and graduated from Burnet High School. After graduating from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business Administration, he taught High School Mathematics at San Angelo Central High School. He joined GTE in 1973 as a Management Trainee and rapidly moved up to the management level. He held numerous management positions that took him throughout the USA and the world publishing telephone directories. Ron retired from GTE in 1997 and moved back home to Burnet County. Since retirement, he has been working as a Medical Equipment Manager at a local Burnet Pharmacy became realtor in 2006.
Ron is active in his church, serving as an officer in the local, regional, and international Church. Presently, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cassie POA , and in the past, has held positions with the Cassie Committee Association. Is a Elder and Church Moderator in Christian Church in Burnet, Volunteers to work at LaCARE, Burnet’s food pantry. Also, the treasurer for the national organization of the Conference of Disciples Men.

Ron loves to hunt and fish, and occasionally likes a round of golf. He enjoys his family, and especially enjoys taking his four grandsons out on the lake for a day of fun,
