Meet Jalina Smith
A longtime resident of Brazoria County, Jalina Smith brings more than 30 years of real estate experience, a strong connection to the community she serves, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate their real estate journey.
Jalina began her career in 1993, working in property management shortly after graduating from high school. She attended the Spencer School of Real Estate and earned her Texas real estate license in 1994. Since then, she has built extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate, land and acreage, lots, investment properties, and property management.
Having relocated several times and bought and sold homes of her own, Jalina understands that a real estate transaction is much more than paperwork and negotiations—it’s personal. That firsthand experience gives her a unique perspective and genuine understanding of what her clients may be experiencing, whether they’re purchasing their first home, selling a longtime family property, relocating, or making an investment.
Known for her integrity, strong work ethic, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Jalina believes her clients deserve both knowledgeable representation and personal service. She takes pride in being accessible, communicating throughout the process, and helping her clients make informed decisions with confidence.
But for Jalina, real estate has always been about more than property. It’s about people, relationships, and the communities she is proud to call home.
When she’s not working with clients, Jalina enjoys traveling, exploring her love of Texas and local history, and spending time with her family. After raising two beautiful daughters, one of her greatest joys today is being Grandma to six wonderful grandchild, three grandsons and three granddaughters.
