About Me

Patrick Hoag is a Texas native. His youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school and athletics. He graduated from Metropolitan University in Denver, Colorado with a degree in Computer and Management Science. He entered the real estate profession and carried the education and experience with computers to his new profession of helping his clients buy and sell their homes. Patrick’s goal is always to get sellers the highest price in the market and buyers the best value for the lowest price in the market. At the same time, he makes the process smooth, fun and as simple, communicating and educating throughout the process so his clients are comfortable and understand what is happening all of the way through. After his clients have bought or sold their home, his support doesn’t end there. He follows up and provide help if anything comes up afterwards and continues to be a resource for his clients, providing recommendations for professional services, contractors, plumbers, electricians roofers or just to answer questions or to remind his clients to file for their homestead exemption. A real estate sale or purchase can be complicated, but he is there to make it simple, fun and easy and help his clients achieve their goals and enjoy the process as well.
