Texas REALTOR®: Sandra Guerra

Sandra Guerra is a San Antonio native having been born and raised in the local area. She graduated HS in 1996 and quickly joined the workforce. She has had numerous jobs and in 2000 worked her way up to shift manager at the downtown Convention Center. She has also completed two years of college and plans to eventually return to finish her Baccauleret’s Degree.

In 2002, she decided to change venues and pursue a Texas Real Estate License. In 2003, she was licensed as a Texas Realtor® and began her real estate career. And in 2006, she joined her husband and opened up Copernicus Realty, LLC. In addition to serving her numerous clients, she obtained her GRI and ABR designations. In May 2008, she had the opportunity to manage the entire office while her broker/husband was deployed to Iraq for 9 months.

In addition to being the office manager, she has successfully achieved and been awarded the Graduated Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations. She is also very active with the local board (San Antonio Board of Realtors) over the past 10 years and has was appointed as the 2012 Vice-Chairman of the San Antonio Realtor/Builder Committee. In 2013, she will was appointed as Chairman of the same committee.

As a result of her accomplishments and leadership, she was accepted to and graduated from the Texas Realtor® Leadership Program in 2010.

Finally, she is proud mother of three young men, and is constantly balancing her busy real estate career and the needs of her family.
