Started Real Estate Sales in 1971. After a couple of years I switched my career to Industry. In 2003, I started back working in Real Estate full time. During 2009 I earned my Broker License.

I have a Bachelor Degree in Drafting and have worked as a designer for over 30 years. I know good layout flows and quality construction. We have lived in five area houses, four of them new, built for us. Can point out pros and cons of good design.
