Cynthia Lott, GRI.ABR.CHMS.green.BPOR began her real estate career in 1996 and obtained her broker’s license in 2000. She is the Broker/Owner of Integrity10® Realty, LLC. Lott has a Master of Science degree in Human Relations and Business and is continually expanding her love of learning by attending classes and earning designations.

Additionally, Lott is a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) instructor responsible for teaching qualifying classes to thousands of future REALTORS emphasizing the importance of being well trained and the value of always having the highest standard of ethics. Students leave the classes knowing that “knowledge is power!” She is also responsible for keeping licensed agents up to date on the ever-changing world of real estate through teaching CE classes. Lott also tutors for the state and national portions of the real estate licensing exam and creates a study plan for each student.
