Ray Allison is a Houston commercial real estate broker with more than four decades of experience representing owners, investors, tenants, developers, and owner-users throughout the Houston market.

His career began in the early 1980s through direct involvement in property acquisition, management, and development. Over the years he has built and operated independent brokerage firms, managed large brokerage offices, and led commercial real estate operations within one of Houston’s largest real estate organizations.

His experience includes commercial leasing, investment sales, land transactions, owner-user acquisitions, development consulting, brokerage management, agent training, and transaction oversight. Today, as Broker/Owner of Ray Allison, Realtors®, he focuses on commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services throughout the Greater Houston area.
