TERRY TREMAINE served as 2020 President of MetroTex Association of Realtors. A recipient of the 2012 Lois Hair Bernays Award and awarded the 2004 REALTOR of the Year for Northeast Tarrant County. Terry has earned CRP, CRS, TRLP, ABR, CLHMS, ASP, SFR, and CRMS designations and certifications. She is a graduate of the MetroTex Leadership Academy and currently serves as a TR Regional Vice President as well as serving on TR Professional Standards Committee, Ombudsman Volunteer, Members Benefits Committee, Professional Development Committee and is an appointed Mediator for TR. Terry served on the Texas Realtors Board of Directors and Texas Realtors Nominating Committee. Terry is currently an NAR Director and Professional Development Committee member. She has served on the Board of Directors for MetroTex, Northeast Tarrant County as well as serving as Secretary/Treasurer before merger. Terry has been well involved on MetroTex committees serving as Chairman of Professional Development, MLS and is currently Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee and GMMLS. She is a member of the Forms and Contracts Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Professional Development Committee and Leadership Alumni member. Terry is TREPAC major investor, has served her community in Easter Seals events, Phillips Wish, Open Arms, WCR, Women’s Outdoor World and Tarrant Food Bank events.
