Kevin Morales grew up in Killeen, Texas; his career in real estate began in the late eighties immediately after his duty in the United States Army. Kevin became an apartment manager in Austin, and after several years managing he decided to become a Realtor and continued to work in the Austin, San Antonio, Killeen and Dallas areas.

Kevin then moved to San Antonio and worked as an agent for 10 years. He recently moved back to the Austin – Round Rock area after spending a year in Afghanistan.

Kevin Morales possess over 20 years in the Real Estate / Construction / Office Management field in both residential and commercial properties.

Kevin supervised and coordinated the purchase and construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring all projects were completed as scheduled and within budget.

Kevin Morales has worked as a superintendent / assistant superintendent overseeing duties including planning and scheduling implementation of his clients requests per the contract, and worked as a liaison between contractors and sub-contractors. (On all real estate and construction projects.)

In the Military, Kevin served as Personnel Administrative Specialist, (75B), US Army, and on a daily basis, he was charged with providing reports, statistics, charts and graphs directly for Company and Battalion Commanders.

Kevin provided leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of contracts between parties.

When working with his clients, Kevin uses integrity, professionalism and knowledge, to help find the right investment for his client’s needs and of the highest quality at the lowest possible price.

Kevin has a greater knowledge is the North and Northeast Austin Metro area of Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Hutto. He has represented clients who desire New Construction Homes, Pre-owned Homes, as well as rental in the residential. Kevin also represents the Commercial buyer, investor and business owner who prefer to lease.
