Hotel and Travel

The Fort Worth Convention Center and Omni Fort Worth Hotel will serve as the primary venues for the 2019 Texas REALTORS® Conference and Trade Expo.

Fort Worth

Established in 1849 as an army outpost overlooking the Trinity River, Fort Worth today boasts diverse, world-class attractions. When you’re not at the 2019 Texas REALTORS® Conference, you can experience western heritage at the Stockyards National Historic District or marvel at priceless masterpieces in the Cultural District. Steps from the convention center, explore Fort Worth’s pedestrian-friendly downtown, packed with shopping and rich arts and culinary experiences.

Hotel

All attendees who want to receive the conference rate at either hotel must book a reservation through Texas REALTORS®. The rate is guaranteed until August 8 or the room block is filled, whichever occurs first.

FOR MEMBERS

The Omni Fort Worth is the conference headquarters hotel, offering a $207 plus tax per night single- or double-occupancy rate. Members can register and request a reservation online or via the downloadable registration form.

FOR MEMBERS, NON-MEMBERS, & VENDORS

The Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel will accommodate members, non-members, and Trade Expo vendors at a $189 plus tax per night single- or double-occupancy rate. Members can register and request a reservation online or via the downloadable registration form. Non-members and vendors must complete the registration form and mail or upload it as noted on the form.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Beware! It has come to our attention that several companies are contacting members and current and past exhibitors to solicit hotel reservation for the Texas REALTORS® Conference. These unscrupulous firms have not been authorized to handle housing and are not affiliated with the conference in any way.

The conference industry refers to these companies as “housing poachers” or “housing pirates.” These solicitors will try to convince you that they can get a reduced rate at the conference hotel. Unsuspecting attendees place a reservation with one of these pirates and pay a deposit only to find that they do not have a reservation and their money is gone! Please be advised that all member reservations for the Texas REALTORS® Conference must be submitted to Texas REALTORS®, not to a third party.

Exhibitors: It is solely your decision whether to purchase services from non-official providers, but we encourage you to treat solicitations from the providers with appropriate caution.
