The voluntary, confidential program can be used to tackle transactional, technical, or procedural questions, lack of communication, potential Code of Ethics violations, and monetary disputes.

Not only is it faster than more formal proceedings, but the Ombudsman Program can also help you avoid a costly lawsuit, arbitration, or official complaint.
