The Texas Real Estate Commission—the state agency that issues and manages your real estate license—developed a new license-management system: the Real Estate and Appraiser License Management (REALM) Portal. The portal will enable you to go paperless and manage your license online 24/7.
Between Dec. 2 and Dec. 15, you will be unable to renew your license.
The REALM Portal will be implemented between Dec. 2 and Dec. 15. During this time, TREC staff will be unable to perform any license-management activities. Once the portal is live, TREC will send you an email to the address on file with the commission.
