A new version of the Information About Brokerage Services form was effective January 1. All Texas REALTORS® forms vendors, including zipForm, have the updated version. Are you using the correct version on your website, emails, and social accounts?

How to Create a Link to the Revised Form

• Go to texasrealestate.com.
• Open the Information About Brokerage Services form (TXR 2501).
• Fill out the PDF and save it to your computer.
• Upload the completed PDF to cloud-based storage—e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive.
• Create a hyperlink to share the PDF.
• Use that link in your emails, social media accounts, and other places where you want to include the IABS form.

What Changed

The updated form reflects changes to agency law, including a non-representation status and written agreement requirements, and removes references to subagency from The Real Estate License Act.
