Program Purpose
The intent of this program is to expand the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) landscape and develop a strategic roadmap to encourage and recognize local boards who strive to foster a more inclusive and equitable industry. This program will take board size into consideration, which will be reflected through granular changes in the application process.
