Welcome to the 2020 Texas REALTORS® International Cruise! Join us on the Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas as we sail to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica from January 12 – 19, 2020. The International Cruise is a sun- and fun-filled way to meet other REALTORS® and get great education (with CE credit). For information on our class schedule, click here. We have made some changes to our registration system this year, so please read all information before submitting.
Each Texas REALTOR® member joining us on the cruise should fill out a separate registration form. If you are bringing non-REALTOR® guests, you will have an opportunity to add them to your form. REALTOR® members and their non-member guests whose charges they will be billed for (such as a non-REALTOR® spouse or child) will be invoiced for classes and excursions through the member’s Texas REALTOR® account. If you are not a Texas REALTOR® or guest of a Texas REALTOR®, you are welcome to take part in all classes and events, and you will be directed to our PayPal account for payment, where a one-time non-member fee of $25 will be added. Please note that payment for the cruise and payment for classes and events are separate.
Once your form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, we have not received your form; please return to this page and re-submit. Round Rock Travel will contact you to discuss your choice of cabins, etc., and secure your cabin with a deposit. (Final payment will be due October 1, 2019.) Once you have secured your cabin on the ship, we will send you further information with an invoice for the classes and excursions you and your guests have chosen. Please note that we will not invoice you until Round Rock Travel has confirmed you as a passenger. Class and excursion spots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to confirmed ship passengers only and will be guaranteed only upon receipt of payment (if applicable). We cannot hold seats for non-confirmed passengers.
If spots become available, we will allow members to add classes/excursions before sailing or once aboard ship; however, refunds for classes or excursions will be offered only in cases where the event or class is cancelled. We will do our best to describe what to expect, but because we must guarantee a certain number of guests for our activities and classes in order to schedule them, we cannot refund payments for any other reason.
Cut-off for early registration pricing is July 12, 2019. All passengers who register on or before July 12 are guaranteed early registration prices for classes or events that are added later.
