The newly christened Lehman Local Board Governmental Affairs Achievement Award recognizes the local REALTOR® association that has demonstrated excellence in fundraising, grassroots involvement, and other local initiatives for the year.
The award is named for Mark Lehman, who retires at the end of the year as vice president of governmental affairs after more than 21 years of service to Texas REALTORS®.
Local associations may be nominated for the award by an association executive, TREPAC trustee, member of the Political Involvement Committee, local PAC or governmental affairs chair, or local governmental affairs director. Associations of all sizes are eligible for the award.
The deadline to nominate an association is January 24, 2020. The winner will be recognized at the 2020 Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting from February 7 to 11 in Austin.
