It is inappropriate, when using “Intermediary” to say that a licensee can represent both parties. That is like saying the prosecutor can represent the defendant. Quit saying “represent both parties” and replace it w/ “work with both parties.” Intermediary should be made illegal. Attorneys cannot be intermediaries nor should we be able to.
