Texas REALTORS® is an approved continuing education provider with the Texas Real Estate Commission. If you are interested in getting a CE course approved under the Texas REALTORS® CE provider, you must submit the following application. New CE courses may only be submitted by local REALTOR® association staff or certified Texas REALTORS® instructors.
To submit CE courses for approval, applications must include:
- Course description and statement of course relevancy to license holder
- Number of CE hours
- Timed outline
- Restricted Course permission letter*
- Application fee payable to TREC
*Restricted use means only the owner/author or their designee may teach the course. The permission letter must be signed by the course owner/author.
