The power of education and the benefit to the consumer has never been more apparent than it is today in the fast paced changing times of Real Estate. The intent of this class is to educate the real estate professional and help them understand how to develop a successful business that is based on knowledge of their market and a professional approach to providing the consumer with the best service possible. A well trained, knowledgeable sales professional, successfully serving the consumer allows the salesperson to build a business based on the needs, wants and desires of the consumer.
This class is designed to train the license holder in how to acquire business and qualify clients. It will explore different business sources including: SOI, FSBO’s, expired listings, firs-time buyers, as well as repeat & referral business. Agents will become more knowledgeable about sources of business and be equipped to recognize opportunities and niche markets to grow their business. They will learn the value of those relationships to a business person in their long term success of serving their community.
