In the event of an incident on a managed rental, property managers may use the Report of Incident Occurring on Property (TXR 2215) to log the date, time, and details of specific incidents, including crimes, deaths, and personal injuries. The form includes places to notate who called which first responders and where to obtain official reports. The names of injured people, descriptions of their injuries, and where they were treated may also be listed on the form.
