When entering into a property management agreement with an owner, property managers may include an Owner’s Notice Concerning Condition of Property Under Property Management Agreement (TXR 2206) to describe the property being managed. The form can be paired with the Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement (TXR 2201) or the Commercial Property Management Agreement (TXR 2202). Owners may mark yes, no, or unknown to indicate if the property has certain features and amenities. The form also has space to note any needed repairs, homeowner associations, and deed restrictions, among other options. It also offers space to list utility and service providers.
