Commercial landlords may attach the Commercial Lease Addendum for Parking (TXR 2107) to the Commercial Lease (TXR 2101) to describe the type and cost of available tenant parking. The form also establishes rules for onsite parking, including prohibiting subletting, barring vehicle and personal property storage, and explaining access systems.
