Texas REALTORS® has embarked on a comprehensive review of how the association is structured and governed to ensure the organization keeps pace with an evolving industry.

This effort—the first since 2007—will look at member representation on association management bodies, regional and committee structures, leadership pathways, and overall organizational effectiveness. The goal is to make Texas REALTORS® more strategic, responsive, and aligned with member needs.

A task force has been assembled, which will be supported by an outside facilitator to guide stakeholder input. Results of the review are expected in time for consideration by the Executive Board in June and final decision in August by the Board of Directors on any changes that affect the association’s bylaws.
