If sellers learn new information about the condition of their property, they can amend their original Seller’s Disclosure Notice (TXR 1406) by completing the Update to Seller’s Disclosure Notice (TXR 1418). In using this form, sellers must note which sections of the original document must be updated and copy the applicable language verbatim in order to make the changes. If there are numerous updates to the original Seller’s Disclosure Notice, sellers may also choose to complete a new Seller’s Disclosure Notice.
