E&O risk-management partners
The Texas Association of REALTORS® is working with Mondics Insurance Group and Preferred Guardian Insurance as risk-management partners. Partnerships with these errors and omissions (E&O) insurance brokers and carriers will provide useful risk-reduction tools for TAR members.
Help identifying issues and trends
Our E&O risk-management partners will deliver certain claims data that we can use to educate you and help the association pursue possible legal review and legal defense support on E&O insurance claims that affect Texas REALTORS®.
Useful tools and resources
Our E&O risk-management partners will offer supplementary educational resources directly to members through presentations, articles, webinars, and more.
