- GRI: Real Estate Finance. Topics include diversity and fair housing, residential contract forms, and finance theory and practice.
- GRI: Real Estate Marketing. Topics include seller services, buyer services, technology, and environment and green building. Includes 30 hours of Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE) and 9 hours of Continuing Education (CE).
- GRI: Real Estate Brokerage. Topics include professional standards, policies and procedures, brokerage and agency relationships, and business development.
