Texas: New Laws & Contract Updates

The 89th Texas Legislature addressed several important issues affecting real estate statewide. Related legislation has been signed into law, including SB 2349 (effective Sept, 1, 2025) and SB 1968 (effective Jan. 1, 2026). These bills directly impact consumers and licensees.
