Texas Homebuyer Programs

This course will introduce the real estate licensee to a variety of programs and resources to help more people realize the dream of homeownership. It will provide the information needed to help their clients with low-cost financing, down payment assistance and a host of other options to make housing more affordable and available to all buyers. The course will focus on programs offered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA).
