Know the 1-4 Family Contract and Avoid Issues

This course covers the history and structure of TREC, explains important sections of TRELA and the violations and potential disciplinary actions. The differences between each of the six contracts are briefly addressed then the important paragraphs of the 1-4 Family Residential contract are covered in detail.
