A recent discussion on TAR’s LinkedIn group asks, "What would you do if you arrived at an appointment to show your buyers a home and another agent was there with her clients?"
Here's a sampling of the many responses:
- Call the listing agent to report the situation.
- Suggest that your clients reschedule.
- Wait outside with your client until the other agent is done.
- Introduce yourself to the other agent and let her know that you’re starting the tour outside while they finish inside.
