Why your clients may not be happy with you

If you aren't telling your clients what to expect during the process of buying or selling real estate, they may take their business elsewhere.
To help avoid this problem, international speaker and coach Terry Watson recommends that Texas REALTORS® offer consumers information about the process up front. As keynote speaker during the Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting in Austin, Watson offered advice for meeting and exceeding clients' expectations. One simple way to keep consumers informed is to provide handouts that list frequently asked questions, consumer dos and don'ts, or common mistakes that buyers and sellers make.
