You know that third-party real estate portals are using your listing data, but do you know how they get it? Or what happens when your listings hit these sites? One session during the 2014 Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting Feb. 7-11 in Austin may have the answers you need.
The Technology/MLS Forum on Saturday, Feb. 8, at 1:15 p.m. will feature a panel of representatives from Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, Yardi/Point2, and ListHub. With moderators from the chairmen of TAR's MLS and Technology committees, the panelists will explain how their companies use your data on their sites.
