Texas real estate is a great investment, and the Texas Association of REALTORS® has an easy way for you to share that message with consumers. TAR publishes regular reports with data for statewide and local housing markets … and they’re all free for you to use. Just download the reports and then integrate the data in your marketing materials.

Check out the next Texas Quarterly Housing Report, which will include third-quarter pricing and sales activity for markets across Texas, when it’s released on Monday. And look for these annual reports throughout the year:

  • Texas Condominium Sales Report
  • Texas Small Land Sales Report
  • Texas Remodel Valuation Report
  • Texas Relocation Report
  • Texas Luxury Home Sales Report
  • Texas International Homebuyers Report

Check out all of TAR’s reports at texasrealestate.com/research.
