I can’t renew online. It pulls up a cart of my forms for my MLS, but won’t let me select any and if I try to check out it says I don’t have anything in my cart.  Can you please help?

@Debbie: You receive zipForm Plus, Digital Ink, and zipVault as part of your TAR dues. It’s likely that the software is asking you to renew the paid products (Standard and Mobile). Please call 800-383-9805 and have a zipForm expert walk you through the correct renewal process to ensure you receive your member benefit.

In the past I have used the standard desktop and mobile zipforms.  I would like to use the ones that are free to Realtors Zipform Plus, Zip Vault and Digital Ink.  Where do I go to download.  Everytime I click on to renew my current it asks me to pay.
