Leverage TAR’s consumer campaign to reach more clients

All summer, TAR has been telling consumers that working with a Texas REALTOR® is a smart move, and now we’ve made it easier for you to deliver the message yourself.
TAR has taken the tips from Texas REALTORS® that have been at the center of this summer’s campaign and made them available for you to download and personalize. The two one-page fliers detail common mistakes—one flier for buyer mistakes and another for seller mistakes—and have a spot in the upper left corner for your contact information.
When personalizing these fliers, make sure you’re following TREC advertising rules about how you identify yourself (e.g., "Joe Smith, REALTOR®" or "Jane Jones, Broker") and list the name of your broker, whether that’s the business entity or an individual. The Code of Ethics also requires you to include the REALTORS®’s firm name in advertisements.
