Diversity is more than a trendy buzzword right now. It’s actually the pretty basic concept of being comfortable and accommodating with people who are different than yourself. For real estate, an industry built on relationships, that’s a big part of your job.

Luckily, it can be as easy as abandoning assumptions and asking more questions.

Read more about diversity and why it should matter to you in the May 2016 issue of Texas REALTOR® magazine.
