Only 2% of REALTORS® are under 30 years old, but it’s obvious from the caliber of honorees in REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2016 that many of these young professionals are already making waves in the real estate industry.

This year, the 30 Under 30 judges received more than 400 applications, which they narrowed down to 50 finalists, and then 30 honorees, including four from Texas:
