Gmail may be holding up your Digital Ink messages

Some Texas REALTORS® who use zipLogix Digital Ink to collect electronic signatures are reporting problems with Gmail not delivering Digital Ink emails to Gmail accounts.  

ZipLogix is aware of the problem and is working on a solution. In the meantime, you can either use non-Gmail addresses in Digital Ink or follow the steps in this workaround from zipLogix to ensure your clients' transactions aren't held up.
