A buyer delivered an offer to the seller at the full price listed in the MLS, but the seller decided not to sell. May the buyer compel the seller to sell?
No. A seller is not bound to accept any offer, even at full price. The refusal of the offer, however, may give rise to a claim for a fee due to the listing broker.
