I've gotten two offers on my house, one yesterday and one today. Do I have to respond to them in the order I received them?

No. You are not required to respond to offers in any order. In fact, you are not required to respond to them at all. Consider contacting a Texas REALTOR® for advice on how to best negotiate with potential buyers.
