Association and Member Development Department Responsibilities

• Serves thousands of Texas REALTORS® with professional education
• Oversee GRI, TACS, TAHS, TRLS, TRPM, and TRRS credentials
• Governs the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program
• Supports initiatives from the following committees: Association Executives, Commercial, Diversity, Global, Housing Initiatives, Leadership Development, Leasing & Property Management, Professional Development, and Texas YPN
• Communicates NAR Core Standards requirements
• Coordinates local association staff trainings and professional development
