The Texas REALTORS® Relief Fund helps people who have suffered losses due to natural disasters in Texas.
Currently, the fund is accepting applications from individuals who meet all the following criteria:
- Have suffered damage to their primary residence due to Hurricane Hanna.
- The property must be located in one of the following counties: Hildalgo, Starr.
- Applicants must be able to provide evidence that the property is or was damaged or uninhabitable for a period of time.
- Applicants must provide proof of their monthly mortgage amount.
Assistance is limited to a maximum of $1,000 of assistance per property.
The Texas REALTORS® Disaster Relief Fund is accepting applications through September 4 or until funds are depleted, whichever occurs first.
