REAL TipS: BUYING
Are three REALTORS® better than one?

Looking for that perfect home is a commitment of both time and energy. Some of you may think that having as many agents as possible engaged in the search will benefit you in the long run. But that is certainly not the case.
When it comes to purchasing property, one REALTOR® is better than none. And none is what you'll have if you fail to sign a buyer’s representative agreement. This written agreement specifically states that you - the buyer - now have a single agent representing you.
In real estate transactions, a REALTOR® represents either the buyer or the seller. If the agent does not represent you, then the agent represents the seller, acting as a sub-agent. As a seller’s representative, the agent must look after that person’s best interest, not yours. Wouldn’t you rather have a REALTOR® who is loyal only to you? A buyer’s representative agreement will guarantee that your REALTOR® negotiates offers with your best interests at heart.
