Selling a haunted house

Dear George: Do I have to disclose that my house is haunted when I sell it?

Answer: If you believe that your house is haunted, you should disclose it. Your Seller's Disclosure Notice should include what you believe to be true and correct about the property. Such a disclosure may drive away potential buyers, but those people likely would be upset if they learned they had purchased a haunted house. Your disclosure could also attract buyers.
