Whose duty is it to disclose a bug problem?My wife and I saw a rental house we were interested in and asked the REALTOR® if the house had any problems with insects or mold. He said there weren’t any problems. When we moved in, there was a major cockroach problem, and we had to move out. Shouldn't the REALTOR® have told us about the bug problem? Read more.
